How To Use This Site

1) Choose your Language-Gender pair:

Click the image or the link, and an order page will open.

2) Add to cart by 150 word increments:

If your script is <150 words in the target language, keep the number you are purchasing as "1". For each increment of <150 words in the target language, add an additional quantity until your full wordcount is covered. Your order will not be processed until the total wordcount is paid for.

3) Upload document and any instructions:

Choose from Word, PDF, Excel documents. It is recommended you remove all text except for exactly what you need recorded.

4) Purchase using your chosen method:

Once your wordcount is added (Step 2) and your document is uploaded (Step 3), click "Add to Cart"

Once all voiceover languages have been added to your cart, check out using your preferred payment method.

 

5) Receive your voiceover in 24-48 hours!

   

Translation

If you need to add translation services to your order, simply click on the Translation Icon on the home page and add that to the cart. 

For orders over 500 source words, add a second quantity to the cart.

 Translation services may add an additional 24-48 hours to your project turnaround.

 

Pickups and Change Requests

Your voiceover recording is guaranteed to be error-free. If your QA uncovers any misreads or omissions, please send an email or contact us through the contact form, referencing your order number, and we will correct any mistakes in one free pickups session within 30 days of your receipt of your voiceover order.

If you need to change the script, pronunciations, or direction of the read, please order a new voiceover production, and in the instructions reference the details of your change request. The minimum fee for each language is the <150 word increment. If your project is larger than 150 words but you have a small change request, please order a 150 word voiceover. For any complicated change requests, feel free to email us and we'll get right back to you and make sure you get what you need!
